Service-Why it's not just a procedure.

If you received an estimate from us for a portable restroom on your construction site or place of business, you will notice our rates include a cost for service.

It's usually a charge based on how often the restroom needs to be pumped out and restocked based on your needs.

But what exactly goes into this service you pay for? 

It's not exactly just as simple as pumping, cleaning & restocking. 

Schlomka's 8 Point Service Procedure: -Restroom to be placed in a convenient accessible location on level ground. -Holding tank will be evacuated and interior debris removed. -Holding tank will be refilled with deodorizer. -Interior walls, toilet seat, urinal, exterior of holding tank, paper dispenser and floor will be sprayed with disinfectant, cleaned & dried. -Interior will be sprayed with a special deodorizer. -If ordered, Hand Sanitizer or Hand Wash Station will be replenished and restocked. -Toilet paper dispenser will be restocked with 3 rolls. -Technician will inspect each unit for minor damage or repairs.

It's not all just procedure though!

The customer has no idea the time it took to test out the products used in each unit. We have spent a lot of time & money finding premium products to make our restrooms stand out. 

Everything from the blue mulberry fragrance we use in the tanks to control odor to the hand sanitizer & toilet paper have all been carefully selected to offer our customers the best value and most comfortable visit.
